I believe Babe Ruth did ALOT Of stupid
things that we would be ashamed of but that
was the very FIRST league they created for
Purebaseball! What was the 2nd? Cobb-2!
He was the meanest man around....and a
racist bigot. There are men in the HOF
that did many illegal things (Denny McLain)
Now I realize that Ruth and Cobb have passed
away and can't do anymore damage (like
murder) but they've already embarassed
themselves. I know what you mean though.
What if (and this is stretching it a bit)
we find out that somebody who already has
passed away DID murder somebody but got
away with it? Until now! Ooops. All I'm
saying here is that 1/4 of the HOF'rs have
committed illegal acts (whether anybody
knew about it or not) or just did stupid
things. Ah, guess it doesn't really matter,
huh? Just as long as they change those
current realime league names.....ARRGGHH!
