Why not have the draft order aranged like it is for the monthly FA draft in RT leagues? By overall PB ratings....

This would make much more sense to me. It's not fair to the rebuilding teams to have random order like it is now. For instance, in one of my leagues I am rebuilding and got a very low pick while a great team got the #1 pick and will now get a great player which thus doesn't help in evening out the talent at all.

It just seems much more logical and in my opinion would benifit the league overall. What does everyone else think of this?
