I think the PB rating for teams is way overrated as a measuring block. You could be rebuilding yet have a high team rating. Stiffs who played 160 games have a fairly high rating, which can affect the overall rating, as can pitcher who start 34 games yet have a 5.95 ERA. I don't like getting the 20 something pick in FA either, but it should wash out over time.
