The ratings listed are through the 1999 MLB season and should be the same as the ones that PB posts shortly. The only major difference will be if PB uses Safeco Field for Seattle instead of the Kingdome. As the ratings are an average of up to 3 years usage it is doubtful that the ratings will change very much from year to year. The big changes will be in parks that have been used for less than 3 years as the stats from one year could drastically change the ratings.

The Park Effect ratings in the Manual are through the 1998 MLB season and were for the PB 1999 season.
