No they wont - you ALWAYS have to cut to 35 by the FA Draft....
Remember - your team must be CUT down to 27 BEFORE the rookie draft.
So who cares if they have 60 during the season???? They'll have to throw 33 back into the pool the following year!
We are only relaxing the limit DURING the season.
EVERYONE will have 35 players JUST AFTER the Free Agent draft. BUT after that, THEN you can go above 35....
