I'm not talking about a "megateam" as you put it that would be good past one year. I'm talking about an owner trading 1 good player or a few picks for a load of 1yr wonders that would have been dumped in the FA draft anyway. Guys that have terrific OPS numbers, but very low PA's....or high grades, low IP......

If there was no cap, it wouldn't be too hard to trade a decent player or rookie pick for 4 or 5 of these types of players. Do that a few times and you have a huge team of these types of players....the kind of team that could disrupt the playoffs solely because they traded for a large amount of one year wonders. We NEED a hard cap. Make it 40 or don't change it at all.
