Chill out, man. There is a lot of effort involved in what Mike and the others do. If youi want to balme someone, blame the managers who weren't paying attaention. Or blame the fact that there appear to be quite a number of unmanaged teams. This is a game; Mike and the staff do the best that they can. There have been times where 1 email has not gotten me the response that I wanted. But they have always gotten there eventually.
