First: Running computers is not an exact science. I'm in the business, and I know how easy it is to underestimate maintenance and upkeep, even when you are being conservative. I promise you, these guys are pros and they do as good a job as anyone keeping this thing up.

Second: $10 per month per team seems to me a real bargain given the hours of fun this provides. Hell, in New York that's what I pay for a lousy movie! So I think you're out of line claiming your 10 bucks-a-pop entitles you to "room service".
