When I edit my rookie draft list, I pull down the positional window. At the bottom of the positions, after DH, there are 3 new listings :
Unc (A-H)
Unc (I-Q)
Unc (R-Z)
By choosing one of these, I get rookies in alphabetical order.
The rookies are NOT listed under the individual positions.

I'm no computer geek, but maybe the magical "clearing your cache" might be of some help.
