I know that RT leagues are much different than Trad Leagues. I also know that in Trad Leagues (and perhaps RT leagues as well) that many 3rd and 4th round rookie picks and almost all 5th round rookie drafts get cut. However, I don't think that is an indication that the latter rounds need to be deleted. Sometimes those late rounds provide a good opportunity for a struggling franchise to pick a prospect that might develop into something in a year or two.

In March 1999 in my first Purebaseball Rookie draft my 5th round pick was Geoff Jenkins.
