My explanation was not motivated out of fear. I just wanted to explain what could happen so people could consider those thoughts when placing their votes. I don't FEAR any system they put in place.. I look for ways to exploit it. Also while its true that everyone has to cut to 27 players before the FA draft a person who has acquired more talent will have more ability to trade the extra talent in 2 for 1 deals for better players or for rookie or free agent upgrades.

If my 28th, 29th, and 30th players are better than your 17th, 18th, and 19th players because I hoarded then I definately am going to be able to make some pre-draft trades.
