I follow the 1 in 1 million logic.

Then 58,000 games * 72 at bats per game = 4 million plus at bats.

Therefore it should average about 4 back to back to back hit batters per season. Nice logic and seems correct to me.

Just hope it isn't my pitcher doing the hitting. I suppose if Sal Maglie was pitching it might happen once every 4 game series.
