I'm fully aware that the game is based on probabilities and that small samples can create weird results.
Nevertheless, it's rather amazing to see Randy J, probably one of the two most dominant pitchers in the game, get creamed game after game.
I just finished a launch league game in which Jamie Moyer (my opponet's pitcher) was unhittable and Johnson got knocked all over the park by mediocre hitters.
On another team I own, after three games, his ERA is almost 5.00 and that's after one gem.
I guess this should equal out over a season (hope it does) but I've noticed that Johnson has been ineffective in a couple of Launch Leagues I've been in.
A little hard to understand how that happens when his ERA last year was 2.48 and LOPS was .331 against him. (But Geoff Jenkins turned into Ted Williams when he faced him in my league!)
Oh, well, I should have done yard work today like my wife wanted me to!
