I have just joined one of the new launch leagues, and have a couple of draft preparation questions.

Basically, what stats are used. I mean, from which seasons. Obviously it is not 98 as the purebaseball season begins before the MLB one. It is simply 1997's stats, or a combination of 96 and 97?

Secondly, are the stats used adjusted to account for park affects. In other words, is drafting a Dodger pitcher not as good as it would be if the stats aren't adjusted. Or is it simply the raw stats and that is it - no park adjustments I mean?
