I am in 9 leagues and have finished 130 games with only 17 OF errors. This includes about 40 players that have played in the OF, some of whom are the same player but in different leagues.
Who are your OF's on this team and what position are they playing? This may be happening because you are using players out of position or that haven't played very much at the position that you are playing them.

I have a similar problem with one of my teams as neither Scott Rolen nor Eric Karros have hit for any power or average for the last 2 seasons. This year I changed to a more offensive oriented Ballpark but so far it has made no difference. I suppose that it is just bad luck.
