I'm going to vent a little bit here with the current situation of pure baseball. First the game in general. I'm very tired of all these repetitive foul home run strikes. There is at least 15 a game and it's very annoying. And what's the deal with all the passed balls all of sudden?? Relief pitchers grades seem to be a joke.The CF field downgrade is way too severe for a RF to play CF. I can see that there would be a downgrade in balls they get to, but all these drops is very unrealistic.
When are all these changes coming that we have been hearing about for months?? I'm ready to see new things. I'm ready for some new bells and whistles. I'm still a believer that we (managers) should be able to play the game on our own. That would give us all a better feel on how our team will look and what we need to get in trades, drafts etc.
Maybe I'm just grumpy because the game crashed and cost me a win in a very tight exciting game and I felt like a cheater when I had to ask for a restart. Either way it doesn't change the facts.I love the game and the effort Mike and company do, but I'm ready for some more. And please next time we double bill our credit cards, lets us know in advance! So my wife won't gripe sooooooo much :)
