Maybe we don't understand your question...
On your stats/roster page at the top towards the left, there is a set of links that say "1999 actual". These are the full-season 1999 stats that are used in the SIM. These, and only these, are an effective tool to help "predict" player performance.
On the top towards the right, there is an identical set of links that say "1999 reg". These are the ytd stats of your team as it has performed in the league. PB calls your season "1999" and not "2000", even though you are in a "2000 Launch League".
If it is THIS information that you are looking for to help you predict your future performance, there is nothing that says it will help you at all. According to PB statements in this forum, each event is independent from every other, so if a .300 hitter is only hitting .200 at the all-star break, it is NOT statistically accurate to assume he'll hit .400 after.
If you are looking for REAL MLB 2000 stats (i.e. that would include, say, Jose Lima's horrendous season so far this year), they are not on your roster page because they have absolutely zero effect on your league. They will not help you in predicting anything.
