If there were any Hit & Run occurances where the hitter failed in making contact, that is treated as an SB. You may not have any true "stolen base" attempts, but if there was a failed hit & run, THAT is where your SBUse comes into play.

Unfortunately, there is no way to find out for sure that this is what happened, but if you have SB's set to fully conservative, this is the most likely scenario.
