Well said, I'm sure you'll be ignored
  CUSTOMER service is not a strength of PB.  That's why they like to say its a community, not a business.  Nobody can run a business like this and survive.
  I'd sign my name but they have admitted in the past that they engineer losses on occasion for teams which don't turn in games.  I complained about some stuff at one point and my first place team lost 10 straight games.  Not taking any chances.  Every one of these posts is anonymous anyway.  I don't see any last names on here, oh brave hearts.  If it makes you feel any better, I'll make a stupid name up.
