A Lack of Control...
I must agree with the previous post about the negativity, and make one additional point.
I have managed several little league teams, and have learned why I could never do this professionally: there are some things over which you have no control. Randomness evens them out over time, but making the right move managerially does not guarentee great results. And about 1/3 of the time, the inferior team wins, via luck or streakiness of one shape or form. Thats why the big boys beat their wives, drink, cuss, spit at reporters, and get paid lots of money.
I greatly enjoy the game; guys, keep up the good work
