I didn't say they WERE engineered losses, I said I just wasn't taking any chances. No, one would hope that the PB staff would not resort to heaping losses upon those who dare to object to some of the inadequacies of PB, but one would also assume that a bulletin board designed to produce honest feedback wouldn't become a place where the PB staff secretly monitors who posts what. That is an incredible revelation. I hope it was worth it to you Mike. You may think you have embarrassed me but, on the contrary, you have embarrassed yourself and your company. I merely related a TRUE story and let people draw their own conclusions. I am hardly the first person to express both dissatisfaction with some aspects of PB AND some concern about being singled out.
Just to make sure that wasn't an isolated incident, I was aghast that the great czar Bravard would take a dispute over a trade public to all league's bulletin boards in an apparent attempt to humiliate some other owner who dared to disagree. And you call this a community? You can't use the community excuse to explain away PB's problems while you charge money every month and try to single out and ostracize those who disagree with you. This is a business, its YOUR business, and you'll do whatever you want, even "spying" on anonymous bulletin board posts. It is disingenuous to pretend otherwise. And I must say I had no idea that Mike retained trade veto power in the leagues in which he is a competitor. That is ridiculous and should have been corrected long ago.
There are many things I like about PB, which is why I have continued to play it while hoping certain problems will eventually be solved. These latest episodes are inexcusable, however. Being defensive is one thing. Being an antagonist is another.
