I am currently playing in a league in which an owner was undefeated at home and couldn't play .500 ball on the road with the old game. Now he has lost a few games at home with the new game. Cheating??? I don't know, but it was awful suspicious. If the new game and reset policy will cut down on this, I am all for it.
