A couple suggestions.

Hit start/run/msconfig
then click startup, uncheck anything that is loading twice or you don't really need at a startup. Check your resource on a clean boot(you should be able to get at least 88%). Play the game after doing this.

Try a different browser, this might also help. Or upgrade the browser you are using.

When you get errors, check your resource level and see if it is low. Just because you close items doesn't mean you get all your resources back.

Lastly, quit taking leads into the 9th and making bullpen moves. Try losing once in a while and then having the lockup, that way you are balancing things out (grin).
