after experimenting and watching my resources here
is what i suggest one might try.

1.make sure you have the resource meter installed
from your windows cd.
2.use msconfig to shut down all startup programs.
3.reboot computer.
4.activate resource meter and check your readings.
system should be well over 88%.
5.log on to PB and start your home game.
6.log off PB so you can play offline.
7.check your resource meter to see if you system
has at least a minimum of 88%.
8.if so exit resource meter {resources will then
increase by shutting the meter off}.
9.play your game while offline.
10. after game ends log back on to submit result.
