Your message is true, and that is what makes this game exciting, we have to adjust out teams according to players who will under or over perform...i think the issue though that has been the point lately has been on some of the finer points of the game play, not particularly player stats. The number of balks, pickoffs, outfield errors, pass balls, etc, isn't due to small sample, all that has to be done is downgrade the number of occurences.
