I'm about to draft in the new Real Time #1 league but I don't get how they come up with the PB ratings on the draft page. It appears the stats are from the first half of 1998. Pitchers like Olivares and Colon have high ratings. But why do pitchers like Arrojo and Wood have 0.00 ratings? I realize they are first year pitchers, but they have had very good first halves. Since the PB ratings are based only on this years stats, why are these pitchers at 0.00?
