Every good pitcher I have had this year has gotten shelled. Therefore my recommendation is to avoid good pitchers and go for INN pitchers. At least when they get shelled you won't be upset.

Oh... and avoid Brian Giles and Jeff Bagwell if you are in a DH league. They are hitting .204 and something in the .230's for me.
