As has been said already, with Sele NOT given a role by the manager, the CPU picks the ready pitcher with the best stats ie the best chance to win...QUantrill has MUCH better stats than Sele when it comes to BA against and the like. That is why he was chosen. You guys keep bitching, but the bottom line is SET YOU OPTIONS correctly and there is never a problem! It's not the programs fault it gave him the best chance to win based on the stats it had!
