Do the current 2000 player ratings for Tigers, Astros, and Giants players take into account year to date stats for the new ballparks? Or are they currently using data from old ballparks and will be adjusted at end of season after data is available.
The reason I ask is I am trying to figure out if for 2000 the Astros starters are better than they look on their player cards (and vice versa for Tigers starters) or if this effect has already been taken into account.
