E-A-S-Y !
Sorry to be bothering you.
Frankly, I'd have no problem with this game including such oddities as a pitcher hurting himself in warmups and being held back a day. The problem is that the game itself doesn't allow for such things because of the controls required to eliminate the always-present cheaters (i.e. non-starters getting downgraded, innings limits, etc.). Also, this "anomaly" (provided that IS what it is) cost a manager the game in a situation (road game) where he had zero control over what occurred and his team's response.
Frankly, I don't think it is too much to ask to find out what happened. If it was your team and the ROBOT decided to use your best closer for a complete game start, I guarantee you'd be just a bit ticked off, too.
By no means do I necessarily imply that the manager involed is right, or that the ROBOT even screwed up at all, but the available info seems to point that way, so I think it's appropriate that someone look into it. If the powers that be decide that the ROBOT is infallible, then I guess that's that, however the simple "you should check your BFA" reasoning that the Commish threw out does not hold water in this case, so why shouldn't he check it out?
