Wrong BFA coming off of Farm Team
Ramon Ortiz had spent at least the last 2 weeks on my farm team. When I activated him this week, his max BFA was 31, but his available BFA only reads 30.
I presume he should be at max BFA - is there any reason why he isn't ?
