I have always found that the manager options work fairly well if they are set. I do believe that there is a glitch in the program though. You said that you have a set rotation so I assume you did your manager options through the schedule page. Try setting your default manager options through the front office instead. There have been other posts about manager options not getting set correctly. It used to happen to me too. Now that I only set them through the front office, I don't have any problems.
