This instance is a little different. There is a known bug in the program that allows you to play a non-rated catcher and he'll be a super-catcher instead of recieve a penalty. You are not allowed to do this... and you should report that game to the commish.

What we are talking about are the other positions where the penalties as stated in the manual are being applied but the results are still unrealistic.
