Is 1999 Cone really 2000 Cone?

So far in the playoffs D. Cone is 19-16 with an ERA over 5! Worse yet ER are over 6! Overall in the regular season his stats are much better, 360 wins 173 losses, with a 4.41 ERA. In my 2 playoffs teams he was 0-5 with an ERA over 15! It seems his 2000 stats started early!
