First off, this deal needs to be judged
for 3 years.

Simas is hurt for all of next year. His stats
from last year will give him over a 5.00 ERA (look
at his OPS vs lefties). I have in on two teams
and I'll release him.

So we really have Walker for Hill plus a #1 FA with
that pick being an average of #10 - #12. Year 1 would
see the advantage going to the team getting Hill
and the pick, years two and three an advantage
to Walker.

I'd dump Simas in the deal, and throw in an additional
#4 FA to the team getting Hill.
