Great trading people there... Even among top teams like Tampa. I've been able to strip down and begin to rebuild a totally destroyed franchised, mostly through trades.

At least half the league is into trading, and I've found everyone to be vocal about their trades and desires (even when they reject an offer).

So I believe it really depends on the league you are in.
