I guess those of us that are more aggressive just start up trade discussions out of the blue and send out emails.

That's what I have done, making 9 trades in 99T2 and 4 in 99T3, during this offseason.

You are correct though, it seems like this time is very dead, but trades can be made if you go out and seek them.
