1) Off-days and rainouts in the schedule.

2) More weather effects. Maybe it's already factored in, but it doesn't seem apparent. eg. Wind assisted HRs, or picther's endurance reduced due to a hot summer temperature.

3) A scoresheet for each game. A boxscore is great, but you can't completely re-create the game that way. Imagine if you could see how many times you left the bases loaded in a one-run loss. I'd climb the walls, but I eat that stuff up.

4) Streak numbers in the Org Stats.
