Has anyone else had a problem getting the new game to install???

When I go to install, I get only to about 42% complete, then the install window disappears. I NEVER get a confirmation that the install was completed. I didn't notice this (my fault) until I went to reinstall the game. Now, when I play a game I get hung once the game begins to load.

Anyone with help or advice would be appreciated. Dwight is working with me on this one, but my playoff games are due today, and I'd like to play instead of the ROBOT.
