I found this pretty interesting, so I went to '98 Trad2 and checked it out. The first interesting thing was that the Cleveland team doesn't have a link; you can't contact the owner through the team page.
Maybe that's why they deal with Arizona so much, their the only ones who have the e-mail address.
I'm not in this league but this is worth a look by the PB staff.
