Besides that, I dont quite understand the reluctance/foot dragging that is going on about assigning unmanaged teams to owners that petition for them. It would seem to be in PBs best interest fiscally to get as many unmanaged teams under ownership a.s.a.p. But maybe thats just me. What the hell do I know?

And while I am firing off a rant about the topic..why was there so much emphasis put on getting open teams filled in these three leagues (98-T2, Chall, and C11)when there are unmanaged teams in other leagues as well? Arent they just as important to get under ownership? Im confused, I guess. And lastly, what difference does it make that Jon has three teams and I have five teams and he gets the Spiders and I dont? Timothy Shine has a team in virtually every damn league...no problems there? Sure wish I understood the criteria for getting a team you petitioned for....
