I couldn't agree more with my fellow 99T2 comrades. Those of us that are actively involved in our leagues are getting the most out of it. 99T2 is one of my favorite leagues that I'm involved in as it is mostly very active and has 100% ownership. There are no unmanaged teams, although there are a few that are "inactive".... which brings us back to the point of you reap what you sow.
