Every team can get help for the year. Even picking 18th or 19th means you can get two good relievers with that pick and then the top pick in the 2nd round. If you are in the top ten, you can add a good starter for the year. My impression are as follows, with some variation from league to league.

D'Amico and Rusch go in the top 3, with Castillo Suzuki, Reichert, etc. also up there. You have youngster getting over inj. Wilson or a Morris. If the league has Nelson or White available, they go in the top 10. Pitching is probably taken with the top 10-15 picks. Long may sit in there somewhere. Between 10 & 15 you might see some players like a Schmidt or a Tomko (or of that type) taken before a reliever.
