This trade looks like it may be fair , or close enough to it to not worry about. Depending on the pitchers confuingly mentioned it's not a bad deal for Doug in the long run.
BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT !!!!!!

THE situation is : two new owners come in (subsequently, not concurrently) and trade all their talent with to only one other team and then leave. No one knows who they are, or were, or if they even exist. If they were only dumb, why were they only dumb with one trading partner ? Why were they so incredibly dumb (and loyal) to the same guy ? I'm in a league where a new guy came in and made a bunch of trades that just brutalized his roster; in my opinion really stupid trades, but he made them with a number of different teams.
Mike should look into this. Only PB can determine, and maybe even they can't, if these owners existed or Arizona opened accounts on the sly and then made these trades.
