Have to disagree. Even with the home park factors, this system seems to give up a high number of HR's and Radke is very succeptable to them (personal experience).
Second, I have Cirillo in an RT league and last year he posted .331/.413/.500 with 132 RBI and a BB/SO total of 88/75. He also does not have the injury history of Tatis and is a better fielder. He's much more valuable than Tatis, both in Trad and Real Time leagues.
