I was just reading in the manual about use of stats in RT leagues. Under what circumstances are streak stats used instead of YTD stats?

The manual also mentions year-end adjustments to fast starters, to bring their performance into line. Exactly how is this done?

Has it ever been considered to use streak stats for all players, all the time, dispensing entirely with YTD numbers and the subsequent need for adjustment?
