I had this problem in 00T2 a few weeks ago.

The cause? The away manager had too many missing or wornout/injured players in his default lineup.

Just copy Bravard on your email and it should get looked at. I'm sure they'll just need to delete the away manager's old lineups and you should be good to go (shame on that away manager for not updating before week 1, it's not like they haven't had 2 months).
