Weather effects should be factored in with
stadium effects. If you have Wrigley then you
should see more "wind blown" homers although the
announcer wouldn't state that in the game. Streak
stats sounds like a neat idea. As for Scully,
the way things are going for Clinton he might have
a real shot! :)
