Last year I had a team in a 20 team Trad League where Mike Hampton and Jose Rosado were getting torched every time out. I was in 4th place at the 50-70 game mark, I traded Hampton for Millwood, Rosado for draft picks. The addition of Millwood helped but the deletion of Hampton and Rosado was the biggest factor in a wild card berth and eventual league championship.

Oh.... and the picks I got in the trade for Rosado allowed me to pick up Jeff D'Amico, Rob Bell, and Ben Davis (who was subsequently traded).
