-wins and loses don't mean jack squat. It shouldn't even be an individual statistic. It's a team game, and a pitcher's win/loss record has more to do with his teammates than anything.

-this is not a replay sim. The players will not get their exact "real life" statistics because the leagues are not setup like "real life". Because players aren't playing with their real life teammates, they aren't playing in their "real life" ballparks, and they aren't facing the same lineups and pitchers that they did in the "real" season, you won't have stats that are an exact replica of the MLB season.
